Cable assemblies

We can manufacture cable assemblies strictly following our customer´s engineering requirements as well as international quality and safety standards

Production process

The production of cable assemblies at Newland follows a well-defined process to assure the best quality and safety.  The entire process in done in-house; cutting to length from a raw cable spool, stripping and applying terminals and assembling connectors

Cutting cable to length
Each cable is cut to length from a larger spool, according to customer´s specification
Strip and application
As a second step, each cable is stripped to a specific lenght and a terminal is applied
Component assembly
Each cable assembly has different components that have to be assembled. Components such as connectors, hoods, strain reliefs, among others

Point-to-point wires

Point to point wires refers to all the cables that connect two points internally on a given assembly, usually control panels.   For the most part, the electromechanical assemblies built at Newland require point to point connections
At Newlan de Mexico, we have the capability to manufacture this type of cables. The process consist of cutting each cable to a given length, strip, apply terminals if needed and labeling each termination
